Let AI draft inbox replies while you focus on real work

K-AI can read new mail on a schedule and write reply drafts using thread context and what it already knows about you. You always review before anything sends.

What you get

Every couple of hours (by default), K-AI checks for new mail and prepares reply drafts — suggestions you open in the email view. It does not send mail on its own.

Turn it on (5 steps)

  1. Open K-AI and click Tasks in the sidebar.
  2. Find Email AI Auto Reply — it has a purple BUILT-IN badge.
  3. Click the orange PAUSED button so it says ACTIVE.
  4. Make sure your email account is connected (Settings or onboarding).
  5. Optional: tap Run once to try it immediately.

Before you start

  • You need at least one inbox connected (Gmail, work mail, etc. via standard email login).
  • Pick a capable AI model in Settings for background tasks — drafts quality follows the model you choose.

Coming soon

Richer “what’s on your desktop” context for drafts is still rolling out. Today, drafts work best with your mail threads plus memory and chat history already in K-AI.
