Get a blog outline every Monday — automatically

Set a weekly Task so K-AI reads your recent notes and chats, then drops a draft outline in a session. You polish and publish when ready.

Turn outlines into documents — K-AI never posts to the web for you
Good to know

This is a custom task you create once — not a built-in switch. K-AI won’t publish to getk-ai.com; it only prepares text for you to edit.

Set it up

  1. Open TasksAdd Task.
  2. Choose Prompt on schedule.
  3. Name it something like Weekly blog outline.
  4. Schedule: Weekly, Monday 9:00 AM (or any time you prefer).
  5. Paste the prompt below into the task.
  6. Set output to a session and turn the task ACTIVE.

Prompt to copy

You are helping draft content for the K-AI blog (getk-ai.com/blog).

1. Look at notes, memories, and chats from the last 7 days.
2. Pick one topic that would help readers (a tip, comparison, or how-to).
3. Write:
   - A working title
   - One short intro paragraph
   - 4–6 section headings
   - Three facts we must verify before publishing
   - A suggested call-to-action

Write for non-technical readers. Do not publish anywhere. Flag anything uncertain.

Your part after each run

  • Read the outline in the task’s session.
  • Fact-check claims and add screenshots if helpful.
  • Copy into your blog HTML and deploy — same as any static site update.
Wrong time zone?

If the task fires at an odd hour, check whether a crew member timezone is set, or nudge the schedule by an hour until it matches your morning.
